TARIFFS
Rates are inclusive of VAT and refer to the rental of the entire property, including outdoor areas and the pool for exclusive use.
For each booking, € 150.00 will be charged for the cleaning service (‘additional costs per booking’).
SOJOURN TAX
Visitor's tax is not included in the daily rate and must be paid on arrival. You will be charged € 1.00 per person per night.
This rate is applicable up to a maximum of 8 consecutive nights.
Tourist tax is applicable from 1 May to 30 September.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt from payment.
PAYMENTS
A deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of booking.
The balance of the payment can be made during check-in by pos, credit card (Visa - V PAY - Mastercard - Maestro - American Express - Google Pay - Apple Pay), instant transfer or cash.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Any request for modification or cancellation of the reservation must be received in writing by email at [email protected] or by message/telephone at (+39) 3518107646.
You may cancel your booking
- up to 90 days from the date of arrival without incurring any charge;
- up to 60 days from the date of arrival by paying the 30% deposit;
- up to 45 days from the date of arrival by paying 50% of the reservation.
If the cancellation request arrives less than 45 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation is charged.
